About Fax Monster
Fax Monster lets you send and receive faxes without a fax machine. Some offices still only take fax, so we built a simple way to do it from a browser, or from an AI assistant.
Who runs it
Fax Monster is a product of FJORD LLC, a US limited liability company. FJORD LLC is the seller on your card statement and receipts.
How your fax gets delivered
We resell connectivity from a third-party fax carrier. We are not a phone company ourselves. You upload a PDF, we add a cover page and send it over the phone network, and you get a delivery receipt when the other machine has it.
How to reach us
Email hello@fax.monster. A real person reads every message.
Report misuse to abuse@fax.monster.
Refunds
Failed faxes do not use your page allowance or prepaid API credits. Fax only ($1.99): one free retry, then email us for a refund if it still fails.
Business: First month refundable on request via hello@fax.monster. Cancel any month in your account.
What we don't do (yet)
No HIPAA, so no medical records. No moving your old fax number to us. One login per account.
Your files
Files are stored privately and deleted on a set schedule. Read the details on our Security page.
