We collect your email (via Firebase Authentication), payment records (via Stripe), destination numbers, and the documents you upload so we can send and receive faxes.

Fax media is stored privately (Cloudflare R2 in production). Default retention: delete media 7 days after the package ends. Temporary numbers are released when the package expires.

We use subprocessors: Firebase Auth, Stripe, Telnyx, Cloudflare, AWS SES, Neon, Vercel. We do not sell your documents.

This is not a HIPAA service. Do not send information that requires a business associate agreement.
