Fax Monster is a product of FJORD LLC, offered at fax.monster.

We are not a telecommunications carrier. We resell fax connectivity from a third-party provider. Service is pay-once packages, not a subscription.

You may not use Fax Monster to send unsolicited fax advertisements or otherwise violate US junk-fax / TCPA rules. We may suspend accounts, reclaim numbers, and refuse refunds for abuse.

Destinations are US-only at launch. If an outbound fax fails, you get one free retry. If that fails too, we refund the package on request at hello@fax.monster.

This service is not HIPAA-compliant and is not for protected health information under a BAA. You are responsible for the content you send.

Temporary numbers expire at the end of the package. We may pool numbers.
