Questions
- What if my fax fails to deliver?
- Failed faxes do not use your page allowance or prepaid API credits. Fax only ($1.99): one free retry, then email us for a refund if it still fails.
- What is a page?
- Each sheet in your PDF counts as one page, up to our upload limit per fax.
- Do I have a subscription?
- Only Business and the private 30-day plan renew until you cancel. The one-time send does not renew.
- Can I cancel?
- Yes. Business and private plans cancel anytime from your account. You keep access through the period you paid for.
